About this policy
This policy covers the Gridiron Legends website and Android application. Gridiron Legends is an independent historical and educational archive.
Information stored on your device
The app stores favorites, notes, reading history, collections, display preferences and optional offline archive files locally on your device. This information is not used to create an account and is not intentionally transmitted to the publisher. You can remove it through the app's reset and offline-storage controls or by uninstalling the app.
Information processed when you connect
The app retrieves pages, images and archive data over HTTPS. Like most internet services, the hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, date and time, and diagnostic data for security and service delivery. The publisher does not sell this information.
External sources
Some records link to independent source or image websites. If you open an external link, that service's privacy policy applies.
Permissions
The Android application requests internet access. It does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone or advertising permissions.
Retention and deletion
Device-local information remains until you clear it or uninstall the app. Hosting and security logs, if generated, are retained according to the hosting provider's operational policies. Children
The service is a general-audience sports history reference and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
